As I have written couple of times before designers have their place and is not in the UX community. Most of them probably never heard of Jakob Nielsen and this proves a lot. Don’t get me wrong. There are designers out there that are absolutely amazing in what they do, but most of them are not. Good design has little to do with how things look in my opinion.
